Many of us pulled our children from school or never sent them because we weren’t comfortable with what their experience was or would be. And many of us are not sure how to offer our children a different kind of experience. This one-day course for homeschooling caregivers explores the possibilities that arise when we forego the type of education we were subjected to and instead seek what emerges from the intersection of our children’s interests, the resources each of us brings to the learning environment, and the resources of our larger community, including our beautiful mountain habitat.
